The A4K management team is composed of four talented individuals with strengths in all functional areas: Pete Joseph, Tyler Thomas, Dane Oliver, and Craig Metler.
 

Colleague Officer – Pete Joseph

 University of Montana: 
 Masters: Educational Leadership / B.A. in Social Studies Education - Secondary Teacher Certification in the field of Broad Field Social Studies
 
 
Pete is currently a US Government / US History teacher and the Head Football Coach at Missoula Sentinel High School in Missoula, MT.  Pete is entering into his sixth year as the Head Football Coach and has worked through a plethora of issues with the current state of athletics at the high school level.  Pete is extremely passionate about the A4K idea, an idea he developed based on his experience with the enormous hassle of high school athletic funding. He sees a great opportunity inside the extra-curricular funding process; he will not let this idea fall short.
 Pete is married to Nicolle Joseph, and they have three children; daughter Teagan, and sons Trey and Styles. 

 

Colleague Officer – Tyler Thomas

 University of Montana:          
Masters: Educational Leadership / B.A. in Business Administration – Management B.A. in Business and Information Technology / Education - Secondary Teacher Certification in the field of Business Admin
  
Tyler Thomas is currently a business education teacher and coach at Sentinel High School in Missoula, Montana. Through his educational training, teaching and coaching experience, he has learned effective ways to convey information to other people. His knowledge of human resources is a valuable tool in competition and is unique to a company such as A4K. Therefore, highly motivated employees like Tyler are the key to help fine-tune our organization to work better, faster, and more efficiently. As a manager, it would be his job to motivate, challenge, and satisfy employees to maintain a competitive advantage.

 

Colleague Officer – Dane Oliver

As the son of two educators and coaches, Dane was brought up in an environment where education and athletics was the focal point of his life. Naturally, he gravitated toward the education field and living a life of service to our nation's youth. Dane strongly believes education through athletics is a tremendous way to build a value system of hard work, discipline, perseverance and commitment to excellence in all areas of student-athletes lives. Athletics 4 Kids fulfills this mission and aligns perfectly with the value system he tries to live and model for the kids he teaches and coaches. Dane currently teaches and coaches at Sentinel High School in Missoula, MT.
Dane is married to Kim Oliver and they have one daughter, Cecilia (C.C) Oliver.

 

Colleague Officer – Craig Mettler

 University of Montana:          
B.A. in Physical Education - Secondary Teacher Certification in the field of Physical Education. Craig currently teaches Health Enhancement at Hawthorne Elementary in Missoula, MT.
 
Craig is very passionate about all kids having the opportunity to participate in as many sports as possible. By participating in multiple sports kids stay more active, become more competitive, and they evolve into well rounded individuals. Craig is well versed in training athletes of any skill level and in a variety of sports. Craig loves to create new and different ideas on competitive athletic training. Craig is constantly motivating kids to never give up on themselves and sees Athletics 4 Kids as an opportunity (to not only make kids better athletes) but also help them become productive members of society
